This project was created for a University Assignment in 2013 ...at some point. I have no idea why I chose to do this but I'm pretty happy with the result regardless.
I recently pulled the project folder, fixed performance issues and built this as a 64bit.exe, it is otherwise identical to what I submitted.

My wrist pains beg for a higher default mouse sensitivity or a sensitivity slider.
EDIT: I think it was my driver end (AMD 19.1.2) they redid a bunch of things and added new features that broke stuff.
Long story short, I am sorry for my harsh words and now can do 2-3* 360 spins in 1 length of my mouse-pad!
